Resurrecting Love

As we celebrate Easter, may we walk forward from this Resurrection Day, in words and deeds as new creatures’ in Christ Jesus. Let us be leaders rather than followers as we respond to the events of our day. Let us model Love, who is Jesus, to the world.

We may get it wrong sometimes, we may slip up, still let’s be vigilant in our own fight against principalities and powers. Let’s meditate on Gods Words rather the the words of the media, friends, enemies, or the enemy who wants to hijack our thoughts and feelings.

May we begin today putting God’s Words in our eyes, in our ears, muttering from our mouths, so that we may stand strong against the enemy.

And remember the promises of protection and all good things added to us as we seek Him first, and dwell in His shelter.

And on this Resurrection Day May we remember...

But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him!

Romans 5:8-9

So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!
