Service Description
Free consultations are discovery only for prospective clients. This is a time of decision making for both myself and client. As we discuss your needs, we will both determine if we are a good match for reaching your goals. No fitness training or coaching will be done in this session.
Cancellation Policy
No bookings will be accepted without owner approval. Sessions are 40 minutes or less in length. Sessions must be made 24 hours in advance unless waived by owner. Free Consultations are discovery only and do not involve any fitness activity, coaching or training. No payment is necessary for Free Consultation. Please respect the time investment involved and give cancellation notice as far in advance as possible.
