About the event

Orthopedic Exercise Specialist, Fitness Trainer and Yoga Instructor, Kim,  introduces a seamless fusion of theraputic stretching, myofascial release, and movement designed to create muscular balance, open hips, release back and joint tensions, and improve mobility. This will inturn allow for more effective stretching and strengthening.  Throughout the session you will feel the release, and the increased mobility and strength that will follow you through the coming days.  You'll have improved strength and energy for your daily tasks.  As you pursue fitness goals you'll find your reaching fitness goals despite limitations and experiencing less pain.
