Service Description

Biblical meditation, to feed our spirits, healing our soul which is our mind, our will, and our emotions. This in turn heals our body along with the realignment, and stabilization Pilates gives as it becomes a weekly practice. Why not begin with God as we work toward fitness, health and healing goals and desires, rather than adding God to it. Biblical meditation will lead the way to heal and bring health, at the same time we physically move with purpose with basic mat Pilates.
