Service Description

Pilates on the mat will build and restore good health and pain free movement. After a personal assessment of your needs, we will begin with Body Awareness and we will begin your 90 day make-over. This is a commitment to a healthier you and should take scheduling priority in your life for the next 90 days. You can do it and you will not regret it.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or rescheduling is requested No later than 48 hours prior) of Personal Fitness Sessions and Coaching Sessions. Cancellation after the 48 hour window will result in forfeit of your pre-paid session. Sessions rescheduling should be kept within the month original service schedule.
