Cancellation Policy

(the following does not apply to WBO Classes) Cancellation or rescheduling of Kim's service (not Kim's WBO Health and Fitness Classes) is requested No later than 48 hours prior) of Personal Fitness Sessions and Coaching Sessions. Cancellation after the 48 hour window will result in forfeit of your pre-paid session. Sessions rescheduling should be kept within the month original service schedule. Cancellation of Kim's Classes (non WBO) may be made at any time
