Service Description

I will develop a strength training program to meet your individual goals, objectives and expectations. The workout will be designed based upon fitness assessments and your individual needs. Progress tracking will show measurable results. We will set timeline goals and re assess periodically. You will find each session enjoyable and motivating.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or rescheduling is requested No later than 48 hours prior) of Personal Fitness Sessions and Coaching Sessions. Cancellation after the 48 hour window will result in forfeit of your pre-paid session. Sessions rescheduling should be kept within the month original service schedule.
